J427HIC is a hydrogen-resistant steel welding electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating, which adopts DCEP method. It is permitted for all positions welding. The product presents excellent welding performance with soft arc, low spatter level and optimal bead appearance. The deposited metal has excellent plasticity, low temperature impact toughness and HIC and SSC resistance.
The product is applicable for the welding of Q235R(HIC) and 20#(HIC) hydrogen-resistant steel plates, such as crude oil distillation, coking and cracking units such as primary distillation tower, flash tower, atmospheric tower, vacuum tower, splitter tower, stabilizer tower and stripping tower.
