Return Policy
Defective product: We accept products that are defective on arrival (7) days from the delivery date. All other issues related to a defect need to be handled with Boox directly. Simply contact service@onyx-international.com
Buyer's remorse: Items are eligible for a return for up to 15 days of delivery date. Returned items must be in like-new condition with the original packaging (unopened box), including manuals and warranty cards. For open box returns, we may be unable to accept the return.
